山东省阳光工程设计院有限公司隶属于中圣集团三大业务板块之一， 为其全资子公司。是由建设部批准具备电力行业（送电工程、变电工程、风力发电、火力发电、新能源发电）专业乙级、固体废弃物环境工程专业乙级、建材行业（水泥工程）专业乙级、建筑行业（建筑工程）乙级、市政行业（热力工程）专业乙级设计资质；具有火电专业、建筑材料专业，市政公用工程（燃气热力）专业、新能源专业乙级咨询资信资质的综合性设计院。获得ISO9001国际质量体系认证，GB/T24001环境管理体系认证及GB/T28001（OHSAS18001）职业健康安全管理体系认证。

公司主要从事热电、建材、建筑、市政等行业的建设工程总承包业务以及项目管理和相关设施的设计、咨询、技术转让及施工技术服务与管理服务。同时承担建筑装饰工程设计、建筑幕墙工程设计、轻型钢结构工程设计、建筑智能化系统设计、照明工程设计和消防设施工程设计相应范围的乙级专项工程设计业务。

建材行业主要有莱西东方化工有限公司利用磷石膏制水泥联产硫酸工程、宁夏金昱元30万吨电石渣水泥厂、中盐吉兰泰年产75万吨熟料水泥生产线工程、寿光新龙电化1×2500t/d干法乙炔电石渣制水泥工程等项目的设计工作。

市政行业主要完成了临沂市生活垃圾转运站等垃圾处理项目的咨询、设计，平邑金城热电公司、济南火车站供热站、山东洪业化工集团有限公司热电厂、招远热电厂、临沂热电厂、五莲热电厂、济南明湖热电厂等供热管网和锅炉房及无棣县新工业园集中供热站工程等项目的设计工作。

Shandong Yangguang Engineering Design Institute Co.,Ltd. belonging to major business segment of Sunpower group, its wholly-owned subsidiary, is the comprehensive one that possesses Engineering Design Qualification of grade B by an approval of Ministry of Construction for thermo-power engineering (power transformation project, wind power generation,thermal power generation, new energy generation), building materials (cement) engineering, building engineering (constructional engineering), municipal engineering (thermal engineering); Engineering Consulting Qualification of grade A by an approval of National Development and Reform Committee for thermal power, building materials. Engineering Consulting Qualification of grade B for municipal public engineering (gas and heat), new energy. Our company passed IS09001 international quality system authentication in 2001.

The company is mainly engaged in the design thermal power, building materials, construction, municipal and other industries of construction EPC Project and project management, and related facilities, consulting, technology transfer and technical services and construction management services. In respect of municipal works, consultation and design for domestic rubbish transferring station project in Linyi city has been finished.
